Due to their special nature, all sales of customized artworks or those on offer are final and no returns are accepted for these items. This is because customized works are created according to the exclusive specifications of the customer, and works on offer are offered at a reduced price, which does not allow us to accept returns. We advise our customers to consider their purchase carefully when it comes to these types of items, as they cannot be returned once purchased. However, if the item were to have any defect or damage upon arrival, please contact us to assess the case and provide an appropriate solution.

Inspection and Documentation of Package Condition

If you observe any irregularity or deterioration upon receiving your package, you have 48 hours to make a claim.
